These indicate the energy performance of a building to assist in demonstrating compliance with the relevant sections of the Building Regulations Approved Document.

• L1A for New Dwellings

• L1B for Existing Dwellings

• L2A for New Non Dwellings

• L2B for Existing Non Dwellings

Our assessments are undertaken by an Accredited Person, utilising BRE approved software.

We provide a national coverage of England and Wales.
