What included in a SAP 2005 Energy Rating Report![]()
Our Energy Rating Report generally provide the followings information:-
Energy Efficiency Rating (the SAP Rating)![]()
The Energy Efficiency Rating is a measure of the overall efficiency of a dwelling, The higher the rating the more energy efficient the dwelling is and the lower the fuels bill should be.
It is based on a scale of 1 to 100, with corresponding G to A banding, similar to those found on white goods. ( This replaces the SAP 2002 scale of 1 to 120. )
Environmental Impact Rating (based on
Co2 emissions) ![]()
The Environmental Impact Rating is a measure of the dwellings impact on the environment. The higher the rating the least impact it has on the environment.
It is also based on a scale of 1 to 100, with corresponding G to A banding, similar to those found on white goods.
Building Regulation Compliance -Design Stage![]()
Criteria 1 - Dwelling Co2 Emissions Rate ( DER ) and Target Co2 Emissions Rate ( TER ).
Criteria 2 - A check on a number of design limits.
Criteria 3 - Calculation to check for excessive over heating from solar gains in summer.
Produces the Building Regulaion Checklist populated with data from the Energy Rating Calculations for use by the Designer, Building Control and the Contractor.
Provides u Value Calculations for the external elements.
If the property is to be sold prior to completion, a Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA) can be provided.
Building Regulation Compliance -Completion Stage![]()
Criteria 5 - Issue Formal Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the completed property.
This will be issued upon completion of the construction works and upon confirmation of Pressure Test Result and any other alterations to the design.
