What are our Prices

Our standard prices for providing SAP Energy Rating Report for a typical complexity unit, suitable for demonstrating compliance with the building regulations are summarized below.

Assessments are undertaken by an accredited energy assessor using Elmhurst Energy Systems goverments approved software.

Prices do not change with the floor area of the property, but depend upon the complexity of the building.

The reports will be based upon the design drawing and specifications provided, with no pre measurement required. Our reports are not a specification or design for the works.

Design Stage

From £65 for a speculative simple type units up to £150 for a complex self build type property (no vat)

Extension to Existing Dwellings calculations from £150 to £250 (no vat)

Prices on request for multiple unit, standard unit types, non standard and complex properties.

Includes an Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA) if the property sold prior to completion.

Completion

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for the completed buidling, from £25 each (no vat)

This allows for inputting the pressure test result, boiler details, other minor alteration that may be required into the calculation and providing a laminated Energy Performance Certificate.

If the 'as built' building is significantly different to the proposed design, it may no longer comply and a revised Energy Rating Report will be required.

Send a full set of construction drawings, plans, elevations and section via email or by post

Drawings emailed must be in dwg or dxf format.
